The Visitors, Cyclobe’s second album, was originally released in 2001. Its complex alien sound-world established them as purveyors of an immersive and phantasmagoric music like no other. Now, on the album’s 13th anniversary, The Visitors sees its first-ever release on vinyl, along with a 2CD re-issue. To celebrate this release, the album’s front cover features spectral artwork by the Irish artist Alex Rose, while the deluxe color inner sleeves present stunning vibratory paintings by renowned American artist Fred Tomaselli. This highly-anticipated edition also includes a specially-recorded new piece by Cyclobe, the illusory and chimeric “Son of Sons of Light,” for which Brown and Thrower are joined by current Cyclobe member Michael J. York.
