	DESCRIPTION: Konrad Becker's work as a sound artist and composer is mostly known for his pioneering achievements in electronic music under the name Monoton. Until this day documents of his acoustic works remain extremely rare. The pieces for 4 painos remain a central element in his oeuvre and it is for the first time that these historic recordings are made available. Recorded in 1982-83 for the international performance series "Program for the 100% resocialization of the devil" and the "Parzival" opera in May 1984. Three previously unpiblished "Zero Oxygen" tracks contrast the almost 30 year old analogue sound documents. In 2002 the piano pieces for mechanical instruments were amended by a digital postscript of virtual grand pianos. LTD 500 copies

	DESCRIPTION: In 1986, SPK's Graeme Revell released an album entitled "Necropolis, Amphibians and Reptiles". The recordings were based on the work of Swiss art brut artist and mental patient Adolf Wölfli. Some 15 years later, Austrian composer Bernhard Gal used Wöfli's poems as the basis for a sound installation at modern art museum Essl near Vienna. Now, in 2004, Klanggalerie are proud to present you a CD version of this outstanding composition. There are male and female voices bordering between meaning and non-meaning, footsteps and field recordings. Headphone listening highly recommended! The people behind this record are Inge Graf & Zyx, Austrian multi-media pioneers and musicians who have become famous in their home country for some highly obscure TV commercials. Over a quarter decade after its initial release, this outstanding album sees the light of day again. And if that weren't yet enough, we have added half an hour of very scarce bonus tracks. An absolute must if you're into electronica a la Miss Kittin, Echo West or Genevieve Pasquier.

	ARTIST: HOPE, PETER & THE JONATHAN S. PODMORE METHOD TITLE: Dry Hip Rotation LABEL: KLANGGALERIE
	DESCRIPTION: We are extraordinarily happy to announce the re-issue of one of our all time favourite albums. Peter Hope, singer in "The Box", Cabaret Voltaire collaborator, chanteur extraordinaire, has recorded an album full of the most unique and strange sounds with "The Jonathan S. Podmore Method". This band consisted amongst others of Jono Podmore who nowadays records with Kumo and collaborates with Cans Irmin Schmidt; Alan Fisch of Hula and Workforce and Charlie Collins of The Box and Clock DVA. Also included in this re-issue is the entire "Kitchenette" 12". If you ever liked bands like Cabaret Voltaire, Clock DVA, Hula, Chakk, this is the direction in which this album goes, but be warned: some of the sounds on here are much stranger than anything the aforementioned bands have ever recorded. Lots of non-musical sound sources are used on here, the style varies from Sheffield funk to Ambient and Vocal experiments, the lyrics are fantastic, the cover stunning. A must-have and a highlight in the Klanggalerie catalogue.
