How To Order
Find It
The first thing to do is choose something you want
to order. Our inventory turns over quickly, so we update the content of the website
twice daily: New releases and restocks are added, and sold out items are removed.
If you see it for sale here, you can trust that it's in stock and available.
Use the search boxes to search by artist name, album title, or label.
You can also browse an alphabetical listing of our inventory by clicking on
the "Browse" button on the left hand side of the page. The results of your
search will be displayed alphabetically. Clicking on the artist's name will
bring up all available titles by that artist. Clicking on the name of the
label will bring up all available titles from that label. Add Items to Shopping
Cart When you find something you want to order, click the "ADD TO CART" button
next to the item description. You can continue shopping and adding more items
to your cart by choosing the "Continue Shopping" button or any of the other
search buttons. You can view the contents on your cart at any time by clicking
on "view cart" on the left hand side of the page. Unwanted items can be discarded
by clicking the "DELETE" button next to each item.
Go to Checkout
When you're ready to pay for the items you've chosen
click "Checkout". You'll still be able to modify your order before completing
the checkout process. Sign In We accept credit card orders AND checks/money
orders. If you're paying with a credit card and you're a returning customer,
enter your email address and 5-digit customer account number, then click the
"Profile Confirmation" button. If you're paying with a credit card and you've
never ordered with us you'll need to create a new account by clicking on
the link directly below the Profile Confirmation button. Follow the step-by-step
instructions to create your new account.
If you are not paying by credit card
If you're paying by check or moneyorder you can create
a printable order form to send in with your payment. Please note that items
ordered this way are not placed on hold for you. Your order will be accepted
and processed when we receive your payment.
Creating a new account
If you've never ordered with us you can create a new
account by clicking on the "New Customer" button. You'll be asked if you live
in the US, Canada, or elsewhere (enter the name of your country if you live
outside the US or Canada). From there you'll be able to fill in your name,
address, and credit card number. You'll be able to enter a different shipping
address at the same time if you wish.
Choose a Shipping Method
Depending on where you live you'll be able to choose
from a range of delivery options including US Mail and UPS. Orders are generally
processed and shipped within 5 working days of receipt. If you want your order
processed and shipped within 24 hours you may select the $5.00 "Rush Delivery"
option. At this time you can still modify your order. Likewise, you can update
your personal information by clicking on the "Change Account Info" button.
Once you've selected your shipping method click "Continue Checkout" to proceed
to the next step.
Review and Submit Your Order
Verify that your order and account information is
correct. If you want to modify anything click the "back" button on your browser
to return to the previous screen. If you're satisfied with your order click
the "Process Credit Card" button to submit your order. A confirmation screen
will let you know that your order has been accepted and that an email receipt
will be sent to you when your order has been processed.
