Description
Protection are an experimental synth-pop duo featuring Daniel McKernan and Sam Houston. Recorded in New York in New Orleans, their debut EP features Little Annie on vocals for the track “Jack/Rabbit”, included in two versions, one of which is remixed by Bruno Coviello. It is limited to 250 hand-numbered copies.
Daniel McKernan’s biography includes performing with Coil at their only US performance, and working on the live video projections for Cyclobe at the majority of their live dates, including Antony’s Meltdown in London, CTM Festival in Berlin, and Unsound Festival in Krakow. His interactive video installations in New York starred Amanda Lepore and featured original music by Thighpaulsandra.
